Consultant, strategist, and health technologist in London, UK

Here's what I think about optimization culture: Everyone wants to be the protagonist of their own comeback story, even when they never really went away. The willingness to treat one's life like a controlled experiment, where the hypothesis of "What happens if I actually try?" is fascinating and something I've been focused on for years.

I'm a US Army combat veteran with a passion for health and technology, whose latest goal is a faster Hyrox time. I run, hike, mountain bike, practice yoga, and snowboard. My command of these hobbies either makes me insufferable or inspiring, depending on whether you're eating a perfectly macro-balanced meal or just having cereal for dinner.

I've spent time at Google and Fitbit crafting content strategies and helping people obsess over their step counts in more sophisticated and delightful ways. Now I help brands find winning narratives by crafting effective content with an adaptive tone that focuses on impactful storytelling to elevate the user experience. I'm also a CBT-I certified sleep coach, because apparently even unconsciousness needs optimization. Visit Well Rested Coaching if you want me to explain why 6 hours of sleep is basically self-sabotage disguised as productivity.

I'm super excited about the swiftly approaching technological revolution, where AI and machine learning will fundamentally change human potential. This isn't just tech-bro evangelism; it's coming from someone who's been beta testing human performance for years and is excited for the next software update.

If you'd like to discuss my current Hyrox training plan, the intersection of technology and health, content and copy, or say hello, please don't hesitate to reach out.
